CITY
The
specific gravity of semi-solid bituminous materials, asphalt cements, and soft
tar pitches shall be expressed as the ratio of the mass of a given volume of
the material at 25°C (77°F) or at 15.6°C (60°F) to that of an equal volume of
water at the same temperature, and shall be expressed thus:

gravity, 25/25°C (77/77°F) or 15.6/15.6°C (60/60°F)
